  2. Pre-Purchase Inquiries: We encourage customers to address any questions or concerns they may have before making a purchase. If you require additional pictures or information about a specific door, please feel free to contact us. We are here to assist you in making an informed decision.

  3. Return Window: If, for any reason, you need to return your vintage doors, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. 

  4. Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost incurred by The Vintage Door Company. Please ensure that the doors are securely packaged for return shipment to prevent any damage in transit.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the vintage doors must be in the same condition as when they were received. Any damage incurred during return shipping may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

  6. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned doors, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed promptly to the original method of payment.
